The Magical Wonders of Curry!
I’ve been trying to expand my knowledge of cooking different cuisines at home and have become quite fond of Indian food recently, especially curries. What’s so great about curry? I’m glad you asked.

3 Reasons I Love Curry:
1)     The aroma while cooking—so alluring, it makes my mouth water.
2)     It is usually implies that the dish will have some heat (gotta love some heat!)
3)     It’s good for ME!

Curry powder and turmeric are common spices used in Middle Eastern and Asian countries, and both contain curcumin, which has been shown to prevent tumor growth in animals. Curcumin has also been found to act as an anti-inflammatory agent, helping those with arthritis find some relief 1 . This amazing spice may even help improve brain function, but more research is needed to determine the actual amount of curcumin needed for health benefits 2 . If you’re looking for some super tasty ways to incorporate curry into your life, check out the recipe page for Curried Fish and Chicken with Cilantro-Yogurt & Basmati Rice.
