In-Shell Pistachios + Dried Baby Pineapple

What I’ve realized this week while conducting my highly important pistachio pairing research is that I’ve been missing out. Why haven’t I been snacking on in-shell pistachios more often? Especially this tasty duo of dried baby pineapple and pistachios. It’s all you need for a satisfying, skinny snack. That isn’t just my opinion either; my official taste testing panel gave this pistachio pairing the highest rating of all the combinations. I can always count on Lindsey JHolly D, and LB when it comes to taste testing:)

One ounce of in-shell pistachios equals approximately 49 nuts, which is more nuts per serving than any other snack nut. For a 100 calorie snack, just reduce your serving to about 30 in-shell pistachios. Wondering where you can find dried baby pineapple? Trader Joe’s is my source, but Whole Foods may be another option. Remember what I said in my last post about snacks? This snack fits the bill!
